FAQs
When can we check-in?
Check-in starts at 4pm. We are closed from 1-4 from services and activities. We recommend to have lunch in Abu Dhabi before departing to Liwa Nights and stopping at Al Dhafra Fort or the nearby forts in Liwa (free) prior to arrival. What activities can we do at Liwa Nights?
Camel rides and gravel bikes are complimentary for guests. Activities chargeable:
Dune-bashing (45 min.) - AED 600 per person (15% off email sign-up voucher).
Jeep Tours (Approx. 90 min.) AED 1500 for up to 4 persons.
*Dune-bashing and Jeep tours are available weekends only.
Organic date-farm tour (Approx. 3 hours) - AED 400 per person
*Tours are seasonal and recommended during the months of February and March to witness the manual process of date pollination.
(50% date farm tour discount when booking both tours)
**Falcon training show available by request and advance notice.
Are meals included?
Standard room rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We take pride in our Emirati home-style meals. Even locals say “it’s a taste from home!” Half-board rates include dinner and breakfast.
How far are you from Dubai?
We are a 3.45 hour drive from Downtown Dubai, and a 2.45 hour drive from Abu Dhabi. It may be a long road but we promise it’s worth it! We recommend to take E11 to E45. E65 is not recommended as to avoid Google Maps directing you through Shah Gas Field.
Do I need a 4x4 to reach Liwa Nights?
4WD is not needed and we are accessible by any car.
Is there WiFi?
We may be located in the Rub’ al Khali but we still have 5G throughout the whole property and WiFi in the common areas so you can upload TikToks and catch up on work.
Are pets allowed?
Liwa Nights has Arabian Salukis on property and you will encounter a friendly greeting. Guests are not permitted to bring dogs or other animals to Liwa Nights.
